Beyond its functional objectives, the Al Falah Villas Town Centre significantly contributes to cultural and district enhancement. The Town Centre itself features 996 villas, a significant undertaking by Consolidated Consultants Group (CCG). Recent expansions in 2023 have added 899 more residential villas, alongside five new mosques and five public parks, reflecting an ongoing commitment to growth and enhancement.
This ambitious project, developed by Aldar Properties with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) as the client, is designed to accommodate an anticipated population of around 75,000 inhabitants, transforming the landscape of residential living in the emirate.
The architectural philosophy of Al Falah Villas is a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design, offering three distinct styles: Andalusian, Gulf Heritage, and Modern.
These villas, ranging from 800 to 1200 square meters, are meticulously designed to include essential spaces such as men's and women's majlis, dining areas, and living halls, catering to the specific needs and social customs of Emirati families.
The project also leveraged advanced construction techniques, including the extensive use of precast technology, ensuring efficiency, durability, and high-quality finishes. The overarching masterplan created a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environment.
